Thanks guys, I inspected the wiring, and could not find any shorts.

Also I'm using a Walbro pump with the 12V mod. fuel filter has been replaced a month ago. I'll try to replace the entire dist. but i really don't think that's the case....

this is stressing me out pretty bad.

What's the transformer?

I may be having the same issue on my SC400. So your car will start cold and idle perfect- if you idle it for about 5-10 minutes it will cut and stall. Then if you try to restart it will start and die? But if you leave it for about 15 minutes or so it will fire right back up and idle perfect again but stall in maybe a minute.

Yea but it only started doing that recently, the extreme missing/popping under boost has been going on for a while

Have you rechecked the plugs? Sounds exactly like what happened to me when I used the wrong plugs in my 1jz, I checked them after about 2 days of driving, and they were all burned away, replaced them with the correct plugs and the problem was solved. A bad/dieing battery will also cause it to die randomly, my car died while in 5th gear cruising at 55mph and didn't start for 15 minutes. The round EFI fuse under the hood can also cause it not to start until it cools down.

Well I have a walbro pump, 12v mod, new fuel filter, new FPR and new injectors... I held a wrench against each injector and listened to each of them clicking properly.

I also triple checked all of the wiring to the injectors and it's all correct, no shorts.

Yes I changed the plugs a total of 4 times since I had the issue.

My car was running great on autolites, then the problem happened, then I tried NGK's and they fouled out in no time, so I tried ngk's again and they fouled out again, I drove to autozone today and tried the autolites again, same problem.

just a thought but have you checked the resistor that goes on to the stock maf harness if it's still on since you're running map ecu 2 like me..? or maybe it has something to do w/ your map ecu 2?
