Default NA-T oil send/return setup

I have everything I need to go NA-T except for a clutch, headgasket, and the oil send & return lines. I'm trying to gather everything I need for the oil send & return setup. This is what I have so far. What are all you other NA-T's using? Any help is appreciated.

...Oil Return...

* Return flange that bolts onto underside of turbo (SP60). Do you have any idea where I can get it or what NPT size it is?
* NPT to -10an fitting (not sure what NPT size it is. Depends on the return flange)
* -10an hose end (45 degree angle)
* -10an hose (about two feet long)
* -10an hose end (straight)
* -10an to NPT fitting
* Custom flange to tap into block

...Oil Supply...

* Need hollow bolt to replace bolt next to oil filter. (Anyone have the part number?)
* 1/8" NPT to -4an adapter
* -4an hose (not sure what length)
* -4an to 1/8" NPT
* 1/8" NPT fitting that bolts to turbo

Is this all correct? Am I missing anything?

Thanks for any help,
Ryan
