Someone with a Manual, what does..

it could also be something with your wiring harnesses as well im just assuming..btw which tranny did u swap in?

Whew! Glad it was the yellow one in the middle instead of the red "Oil Pressure indicator"!! No tranny switch as of yet, thanks everyone

For me, that light always comes on when I'm approaching 4k miles since my last oil change.

Changing the oil makes it go away until I reach 4k miles again. I wonder if the sensor is off or is my engine eating oil since it's asking me to "add oil"

Using OEM Toyota oil filter and Mobil 1 10W-30 (6 qt)

I think it's more like refilling the oil makes it go away



(hint: try checking the oil level before you drain it next time)
