Default transmission swap 1jz

hey guys, I was hoping I could get some help from some of you 1jz and transmission experts. Well the problem I am having is that my auto transmission from my 1jz swap was going so I swapped it with another 1jz auto trans that I bought. The transmission is in bettter condition and I believe it is a bit newer than the one I had before. The problem is this newer tranny does not have an open spot for the vehicle speed sensor 2, where it's supposed to go, it is blocked off. The car runs perfect but the o/d light flashes and I believe that's what it is. Correct me if I'm wrong, the sensor mounts on the driver side near the bellhousing? Because it is a tranny code 61. I have the plug just hanging there.

if there's a way to make it work or bypass it or something, please let me know. I appreciate any suggestions or advise.

thanks,
Ryan
