Have you attempted to search here on the forums at all??
First thing to do, is maintenance. No point in trying to make it fast if it isnt healthy..not doing maintenance first is like taking Viagra when you have a bum ticker.
Search the following: NA-T, GTE swap, BFI (for n/a), XS Power (decent turbo kit), Dave-H turbo kits (better than the XS Power).
But bottom line, is how deep are your pockets? how much power do you want to make? What are your final goals for the car? How mechanically inclined are you? Do you want to go na-t or do a swap? auto, 5-speed, or 6-speed? W58 going to suffice? or do you need an R154, or a V160/161? What engine management do you want to use? How much boost? Injector sizes?
There is more that goes into this than just simply saying I want more power. Search, read, search some more, teach yourself the basics, do your maintenance, go to clubna-t.com register and search and read some more. Decide what you want with the car, and determine if your engine can handle it.

IMHO, piece your own kit together. Keep the turbo, wastegate, bov, and other VITAL parts either new, or good USED name brand parts, such as Turbonetics, Garrett, Holset, TIAL, HKS, etc.
My na-t right now, I would have to estimate right around $2200 and counting, but other than the trans and compression, I can easily support 400+rwhp.
Best thing to do, is shop around. Check the classifieds here on CL, Supraforums.com, clubna-t.com and find the parts you will need and give yourself an estimate of how much your going to spend. A good na-t kit can be had for around $1500, but an EXCELLENT kit with everything is going to range from $2500-5k depending on what and where you get your parts.
