Bled the CLutch, Took her for a spin, the R154 Deff makes some noises But it is pretty fun to drive. Feels even faster now and the waste gate is extremely loud threw the open automatic hole. Time to fill holes and dynomat

quickGS300 looking great bro. yes the gear ratio will be short swap a 3.92 or 3.26 rear diff and have fun. I had both 3.26 from an sc430 and 3.92 from 92 sc4 but I like the 3.26 better longer gear .
Don't know if this applies to any other years but I looked up the 1999 SC300 Diff Ratio and its (3.27) Heres the link where I found the info http://www.cars.com/lexus/sc-300/1999/specs/

GS400 and SC400 for 98 and up 06 SC430 are 3.27
The 92-97 SC4 are 3.92 and the 98+SC3 are 3.92 also.
The Stock W58 is 4.08 AND auto is 4.27 for 92-97.

Ya thats what I thought. That website must have a typo or something..

Thanks, ya the shifters the real PITA if you ran outta funds like me. In the previous pic I used a short throw mustang one I had laying in basement but was too short, so today I installed a stock mustang shifter and modified it a little to get it to work but the bends on the shifter are so crazy for those damn mustangs.

The pics are in order N-1-2-4-5-R. Shifting is very important to me and when I get the money I'm just going to have to have the housing sent to Driftmotion and have the car down for a while.. I mean what I did works but it still doesn't sit how would idealy want it to and the shifts are kinda up/down..

I would try calling Carson Toyota or Champion Toyota. Last I heard they still had some Soarer stuff in stock. You may get lucky and find one and avoid paying all that money to driftmotion. Let me find those part numbers...

EDIT: These should be the part numbers you need.

Housing, Shifter (33521-24040)
Control Shift Lever (33570-24010)

I actually found a random site that appears to have these parts Extended housing 148.99 and extended lever 30.00 plus shipping and wherever you get the lever from thats a little over 200$ wouldn't the best option for 50$more to get it extended all the way back to the auto hole from DM?

Thanks for the pics. I still think having the housing extended is the best route to take.

Driftmotion does that for 250$ you just send them your existing housing and connector rod.

If I had the specs, I could make one up. I just need to know how long to make it.
