SC300 ground cable replacement(for ghost), how?

Default SC300 ground cable replacement(for ghost), how?

So I found tons of threads on the good ol ghost in the sc's.

I have that press brake or signal and have all lights dim or more recently, entire car reset while on the road. Measuring voltage across the ground, it spiked as high as 2V!

So I figure I should replace the ground cable like everyone else, but how? Looks like part of the cable goes from negative battery to the frame, but another one goes into a bundle of wires to the alternator? I'm so confused. Help?

Just add more ground points to your negative post on your battery.

What about the potential to create inductance in the electrical system though?
