Default 5spd in 2jzgte

So last night my Auto tranny blew that came with my 2jzgte on the way home from work.. but now i seem i need to be pushed to do my 5spd i always wanted to do. I already purchased a clean polished r154, but no shifter no bell housing, clutch fork ect.. just the tranny.. now i could get everythign form drift and spend a lil over a grand to put it in.. or i just found a sc 5spd in a junk yard with the w58 for $450 might include everythin else... Now do i go for the gold and get all the high performance clutch and flywheel or jus get the w58. and do i need the MT ecu then?

well street racin here and there and some drifting involved is what i do and its a daily driver. Im slowly trying to make it around 400 -450hp. sending the stock turbos out to be beefed up so it can make up to 500hp on the twins. but that would probably be next year. its all about the money, one big project a year it seems like..
