Default Fan Oil/Fluid?

So i need some more Fan oil/Fluid because when i was taking off radiator i disconnected a hose after draining the coolant and wala! fan fluid leaked all over. NP, i just have no idea where too go too get some of this? The two auto parts places near me done even carry it and have never heard of "Fan Oil/Fluid".
Any help on this matter would be quite appreciated! Thanks

I have never heard of this, where did you deduce fan fluid is the problem?

Toyota loves to use fluids for things other than their intended purpose.
take a look at your power steering fluid it may look familiar.
