Think i just figured out what happend..... When i was taking off the the crankshaft pulley the timing belt was not on..... so depending on if my engine is interface or not i would have bent the valves. Are the 92 sc400's interface or non?

Nvm the 92's are non interface so the valves are not bent. I 10x checked the timing belt so i don't see how that's off? Let me go take a picture of the marks and ill post
Oh and i had someone start for me and it backfired through the air intake, whats that mean?
Seems like the LH cam pulley is off by one notch. I am going adjust it and check, be back in a bit with an update
