Default E85 fuel setups chime in

Converted my car to E85 and ran outta pumps, wanted to see what people are using for above 600hp and e85.

I saw a few pictures of a double 044 setup and it looks doable for my car.

why does our tank have to be such a pain in the ***!

what do you mean ran out of pumps? as in gas pumps to fill the car or fuel pumps to feed the injectors? haha if you have the money/space have you thought of buying a 100gallons or so and keeping it on your property?

Im thinking he meant he has run out of fuel...as in he needs more pumps. Like a tripple walbro setup...but maybe not. E85 takes A LOT more fuel than 93 or race gas.

I have a 400 gallon tote at my shop we keep alot of e85 around

I ran out of pumps as in fuel pumps yes. I currently have a walbro feeding a bosch 044 and ID1000s, but above 600 she starts to get pretty lean, I still have some injector left but want to have a little more volume as Im gonna toss in some ID2000s and go for more.

I know there are some people on here with dual bosch 044s and even triple bosch 044s in tank just wanted to see what everyone else was using and how they did thier feed and if they used check valves and whatnot.

my setup is close to complete, hopefully I'll get it done soon so I can show it off... ...but I am using 3 walbro and 1600cc injectors, and I wont be running at full duty.

Yeah Ive seen TeeLex's car on here before and my buddy alpha tuned it, errol@tps did the pump setup and he just sent me some info on how he did it, its seems a tad complicated but is for sure enough flow for whatever he wants to make on ethanol

Actually Alpha didn't tune it with this build. He's now on Pro EFI with the E-85tune and Errol tuned it. Alpha previously tuned it when he was on the AEM tune before the big build..

sweet! how do you like it? and how far have youpushed it? auto or 5/6 speed? Im a GM auto tranny car so, in order for me to see 6 speed numbers i need to make like about 20% more give or take LOL, so all in all I would tehnically need about 50% more fueling capablilities than a standard to reflect numbers.

Although Im not too worried about the numbers as my car ran mid 10s on pumpgas with a pretty low display of power, so I concentrate more on the track times and mph
