car bogging during WOT?

well it all started when the weather got cold. most of the time if i were in 3rd gear and floor it, it will start to bogg during the higer rpms. it will do the same if i were to shift it to 4th as well. i've check the spark plugs and they look fine, i'm running the Denso ik27 spark plugs and they come w/ .030 gap. this is on a t4 Turbonetics 60-1 .58 a/r and on 15 psi. when i do get it to not bogg the wideband shows 11.2-11.5 which seems right. car was running perfect during spring and summer and it was on the exact same setup, nothing changed. i would thought maybe the car would run a lot better during the cold weather. btw i'm also running the map ecu 2.
