Ali on the Gte it will clear the upper water neck with no issue , the only issue i think will be the #1 runner and the strut tower.
Yeah i don't wanna bang of grind anything lol.
I don't know if i will be able to go with the gte head since the guy at the machine shop lost my cylinder head.
I am still trying to figure out what to do! maybe i will just keep the ge head but my friend is trying to get me to do the 1.5JZ which i like but it's still up in the air, i wanna represent for the na-T crew

I dont think my GT4088 counts as a large framed turbo, but I know that with the XS manifold, I had clearance issues with the #1 exhaust runner and the shock tower. Was fixed with a bit of hammering, and a spacer on the flange.

dang i don't wanna hammer anything lol, but the gt4088 has a bigger compressor housing.
I was only gonna delete the ABS and TRC nothing else, well i will figure something out.

Man that turbo is just too massive, I think i thought of something easy though
what if...
you took an extra T4 flange (you need a spacer anyways), weld the extra T4 flange on top of the old one at a slight angle so it clears the shock tower and port the insides to match up with the other flange in the corners. that way the extra height will clear the runners, and the better angle should clear the shock tower. right?

^^^that is correct with the spacer. The issue I had though was the distributor when clocking the flange, but the compressor still had less than 1/4 from the shock tower..and the GT4088 imo, is a medium framed turbo, so anything larger with the distributor when na-t, ideas and solutions get short listed quickly.

Ok well i will be running the Sp QSV so that also will raise the turbo up if i add another T4 flange about (20mm) will my hood close? thats' my problem.

Yes i like that idea but will it work with the QSV because the QSV will add another maybe 20mm also, and at the end i will have an issue with the DP because completely seal with the exhaust housing.
i have seen that last week with an MK4 running twin t4 flanges to clear the #1 runner it work great the had an exhaust leak right between the DP and the Exhaust housing the gap was about 3"long.
thanks guys for all the inputs

From suprafourms, Guy has this setup in a 72 240Z and the engine bay looks more confined than a SC's. His SN on there is g00kb0i.

China divided manifold
2 stacked and clocked, undivided t4 flanges
holes are bored to accept 1/2" bolts
BW s372 1.0 or 1.1 A/R
Sound performance quick spool valve

That setup looks real nice, I thought you were only using the quick spool valve with the other turbo you were getting rid of.
I thought you had to have an undivided turbo manifold with a QSV and a divided exhaust housing. I don't see how it would work with a divided turbo manifold, when the valve closes 1 side off it would choke off 3 runners, instead of routing to the other side in an open manifold. So it will really limit you in manifold selection as undivided manifolds are less common.

thanks for the pics bro I will pm that guy on sf thanks again.

ali I am using an undivided manifold you can't use a divided manifold with qsv lol it won't work , with the 75 or 76mm turbo I would love to run the qsv I want a hwy monster but it still has to have a nice power band and all that good stuff.
what do you think? where is sherwin? I need your opinion too!

Well i text fitted the S372 yesterday on a gte greddy manifold and Bad new it won't clear the #1 runner so their is no way for me to use that S375 or 76
So if i use it with QSV it will raise the turbo up and will clear the #1 runner the 75 or 76 will never clear lol.
The S372 is identical to the GT42, so maybe i can make that one work.
