Default 1j not starting issue

Wassup yall
so my 1j is in and its not starting.
When you turn the key you hear the injector and clicking from the starter. fuel pump is working.
ANy help?

was the Neutral Safety Switch Bypass done?

So the starter clicks but doesn't turn the engine over? Sounds like a bad starter, bad connection at the starter, faulty ground, or a weak battery.

weak batt is the first place i'd start

KK, update, i got the motor to start but i had to run a wire from the starter, I tried to look at biggus switch thing but i dont get it.

i did the same thing. ran a wire from the starter to the wire under the dash. just keep looking at biggu's pics and directions all you do is splice a wire under the dash that gives power when you turn the key to the ON ENGINE START and its gives power to the other end of the wire that turns the starter on.

make sure you spice/t into the right wire. i forget what wire it is sorry.

That's the neutral safety switch, you can even do it at the plug that connect to the trans, just jump 2 wire together and whenever you put you car in reverse the R light will come on dash.
