no, it was a mines ecu on a soarer. and yes quicksc4 if you would read the earlier post I stated the ecu was for a honda.
you can run high psi with pump gas guys. its a matter of tunning if you pull out enough timing it will be fine but it sure as heck wont make as much power. some of those jdm ecus with no speed cut, boost cut, or rpm limiter are set to pull the timing back as compared to factory timing. My cousin discovered that he could do this on accident after popping the wastegate hose one day, and then continued to run like that. Many highway pulls and a few dyno pulls and the motor held up. I think his a/f ratio was at nines and he was having trouble tunning it with a safc2 but he eventually blew the tranny and sold the car.
I find it funny people that don't even know the setup or situation will make claims against it but never the less it is true.

You did not say anything about Honda ECU but let's not crap on this guy thread please.
you can run 50lbs on 93 octane yes i know that.. but who does that ? anyway let's just turn the page.
I would get AEM 30-1100 with the patch harness because if you decide to sell the car or going a different route that honda aem may scare some of the people, but it's your decision at the end of the day.
always try to make the tuner's job easier.
