ok bro, to be fair to you i would not use my build as a "how much would it cost" type of deal. Only reason i say this is because i will be going full build, twin turbo, etc. now if someone wanted to do this on a budget, its very possible. 5.3 liter gen 3 motors can be had for around 400 bucks. i will be keeping tabs on how much i spend that way people get an idea.

Agreed! Sorry but you dont see me running around making rude comments, and as far as I know Im the first to actually put an LSx in an SC chassis. May not be finished, but I at least try to help with actual info.
boosted4.6, do your thing. Im really looking forward to your swap being completed and moving before mine is. BTW if you dont mind, do you have the PN for the master cylinder you used? I want to be sure Im ordering the right one

sorry to come off like an ***, really wasnt the intent. but seriously ive been messing with this swap for the past 10 months and i kinda have been through almost every hurtle with the exception of the a/c which i dont plan to tackle.
i am available for advice.
dreams i was just a bit irritated when u were going around last October putting the parts that i had in my car in your signature like they were installed.

Millertime, thanks for clearing that up man. I just started working on my car and I don't see it taking me much longer. I do want to post all of the crap that I go through so people can learn from my experience. Please check up on my thread evey so often and shoot me your opinion. Like you said yours is running and that counts for a lot. Hopefully mine is running within two months.
