1jz turbos are ceramic.

They have a hard enough time surviving with just exhaust improvements.

Trying to shoot the turbine wheels out of the tailpipe?

exactly, 1JZ twins are not known for reliablity from the start, they have ceramic blades with short life spans as it is..

JDM 2JZ twins have ceramic blades as well..


this two step method is much safer and waay cheaper then the other methods
