thanks for all the replys guy, really helpfull.....I decided to pull out the pump thinking that they might i sold me the wrong one only to discover that the fuel hose from the pump to the hard line was leaking back into the tank.change the fuel hose and problem solved............................Thanks again for all the input.

Hey I'm having a similar issue. I have a 93 sc400 and I've reset the Ecu, tightened throttle cable etc. When your car was having this issue, would it get really bad gas millage? Also, would it sometimes respond to you flooring it and sometimes not?
