Yes you can, absolutely. Any of those listed are compatible.

Also you can find the 3.769:1 ratio with an open diff from later model year Lexus SC430's (should be 2006-2010) and in JDM Toyota Aristos with 2JZGTE engines with both open and Torsen LSD diffs. Youu can also find the 3.266:1 ratio diffs in Lexus LS430's and in 1998+ Lexus GS400/430's. You can additionally find the 4.083:1 ratio in a few model years of the 90's Lexus GS300 (although most of them came with 4.272:1 ratios).

All of these cars use the same style diff housings. The Supra MKIV TT Auto variants have additional cooling fins cast into their casings which are good to have but not necessary. In most cases unless you'll be swapping an SC diff into your SC you'll have to swap an SC companion flange onto your donor diff (where the driveshaft connects to the diff). The rubber isolator "donut" that goes between the driveshaft and diff companion flange you will keep from your SC.

Read the TSRM for the SC300/400 in order to see the correct procedure to swap over a companion flange. It's not difficult but you should install the SC flange with a dial torque wrench to the correct ft-lbs specification. Don't put it on with an electric or air impact gun as that can have enough force to upset the internal depth alignment of the pinion gear and ring gear... which you don't want to do. Other than that note of caution it's an easy thing to swap over the correct SC300/400/Soarer companion flange if you aren't swapping in a diff that originally came from an SC/Soarer. Everything else bolts in exactly the same way.

After a gear ratio change the speedometer will be off a bit. You can correct this with a Yellr Yellowbox with their SC/Soarer/MKIV-specific plug-and-play harness. You just have to de-pin the harness on one end to pull its length through an unused hole in the transmission tunnel meant for a RHD parking brake (which your car doesn't have of course) and then re-pin its connector on the interior side to plug into your Yellowbox. Adjustment by speedometer percentage change is very easy with any standalone GPS navigation unit that displays speed or a cellphone app that displays GPS based speed. It's a very reliable set-it-and-forget-about-it device Dakota Digital also makes a similar device that can be used although I don't think they have a plug and play harness.

Note that since 4.272 is the most aggressive gear ratio ever made for these 200mm Toyota/Lexus diffs the more you go down in the gear ratio of your choice the more lazy a non-turbo 2JZ-GE will begin to feel. If you are doing this in conjunction with an NA-T engine build project or 1JZ-GTE or 2JZ-GTE swap then that's different.

For an NA-T or 2JZ-GTE (both 3.0L) with a Toyota 4-speed automatic combination generally 3.92 or 3.769 ratios are considered the best matches.

For a 2.5L 1JZ-GTE with Toyota 4-speed automatic the factory JDM cars all came with 3.92 ratios.

If you're going with any turbo JZ engine and a manual transmission conversion then the recommended final drive ratio varies quite a bit more depending on the turbo setup and manual transmission of choice.
