Should I Buy a New Engine
#46
You and I need to become friends. During my lunch break I was heading out to Panera for a little "pick 2" action and it stalled. But, if I turn my A/C on, the RPM's will raise just above 500 and it will stay on. I guess I can kiss good gas mileage goodbye. Either way I'll swap the AFM when it arrives (probably Tuesday) and see if that works. If not, I'll just get a rental car and maybe connect with you gunyvw and see if you can properly diagnose the issue. I'm 31 years old and money isn't an issue. I just want the damn car to stay on at stop lights with out having to put one foot on the gas and the other on the brake. I've already invested way too much these past two weeks. Honestly, my next step is the dealer if it continues to act up. While I'm there I might as well buy a new CT200h for the hell of it lol. It's throwing a code for the AFM/MAF and a speed sensor? Both codes cleared, but obviously the AFM comes right back since the problem isn't fixed.

You both know how I roll. I had wimbledon trophies welded to my wheel barrels and spent over $2k last week on some fancy plug wires lol. But, until I get some Hello Kitty interior stuff like Horent, I'll never be on the same level
I just want to fix the engine so I can finally get my fireball exhaust and pick up the 97 bumpers and wrap this car.

I need you to stop by my house one of these days as I gotta make sure the exhaust and bumpers don't sit too low when I drive up and down my driveway. We're basically the same height with 19"s and tire sizes. The fireball mufflers are larger and sit a bit lower than stock. Same with the 97 front bumper, I think it sits slightly lower than the 95.
