No boost but can hear the turbos spinning??

I have given up on it!!
Stripped most things back without taking turbos off and found the actuators to be fine..
Both turbos spun freely although didnt check the ceramic side but the fins were all spot on checked and changed some other vac pipes but it all back together and the exact same
Took about 6hrs all in (plus chatting and moaning) so gonna look for another one i think....

My set of twins both spun very good but still didn't get any boost. My rear turbo was crap, when I pulled it off the turbine fins were broken, but the turbo had no shaft play and spun fine

Found out what it was...!!!
The so called mechanic who fitted the turbos had blockded the oil feed up with sealant on both turbos 90% blocked apparently
I did notice all the gasket sealant on all the gaskets but we didbt take off the oil feeds just the wate.
He is now getting it fixed properly and keeping it

Not true, you need to check play on them. If they still had 10% and you didn't dog on it there's a chance that it may have gotten enough oil to last a little bit. I would definitely start saving for an upgrade.
