it could be a few possible things. either fuel pump ecu, fuel filter or a tune up. keep track on how many miles you have on each part like wires, plug, rotor and cap.

Feul Pump ECU
I am having random starting issues with my '92 SC400. Usually it starts, sometimes it won't. I've replace the fuel filter. Scanning the forums, I believe I need to test the fuel pump ECU.
I ahve read about a bypass method that raises the voltage to 12v. Every link to this that I have found doesn't work.
Can someone point me in the right direction for implementing this bypass?
Thanks.
