Default Sc400 low idle problem

Hey boys, so I just re entered the SC game, some might know me when I had the Toyota Soarer couple years back. Now im finally back in the game with a 96 SC400.

mileage on the vehicle,
415XXX km's
Engine
200XXX km's

So heres the deal. It runs super strong, pulls hard, and drives smooth. But when I'll be sitting at a red light, itll ether bog out, or lean right out and die at the red light.
I can restart it just fine, but from your experiences what would be the problem? What's your experience with this problem.
Give me your 2 cents!

Thanks guys!!

Does the problem correct itselt when the AC is on? Typical item for this issue is the idle air control valve.
