Alright Stochhatch. I have started putting the harness back in the car. The connector that was in question, is the correct connector for the oil level sensor. I was never extended or connected. I will finish in the next couple of days and hopefully the car will start.

Cool deal, good luck! How did you end up feeding your coils and injectors?

I believe I left the same as before. Is there a correct way to do it, before I put the harness completely back in the car?

Well, the injectors should be fed off of IJ1 pin 3 and the coils and igniter should be fed off of IJ1 pin 7.

I have to check that one out. I know before that my fuel pump turned on the the car was in the on position. I want to do away with that function.

That could be due to a fuel pump ecu bypass. Check this thread to see if its been done to your car: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/per...tures-faq.html

Default New connector

Hatch! Do you know what this connector is for? It is a 2 pin grey connector. It is near the alternator and water pump. It has a blue wire and a black wire.

Could be one of the old wastegate VSV wires. Is all your sequential gear gone?

All the sequential stuff is still there. The motor is completely stock.I dont remember if that wire was connected to anything. I think that wire would not reach that far either.

I dont think the wire is that far from the wastegate vsv. It is located right under the #1 turbo inlet. Actually, there are two VSVs up under there...

There are 5 connectors that are in line with the ignitor connectors. Can you tell me what they are?
