Default car wont start after wiring harness relocation. Please Help!!!

I did the relocation and now my car will not start. I unplugged the 4 clips reran the wires and plugged them back in and now my car wont start. 4 of the wires were cut, so I fixed them and taped up the damaged wires. When I connected my battery back up to the car, I hit the metal tie down when tightening the positive and shop some sparks, do u think I blew a fuse, if so which one/ where is it located? My radio, headlights, fog lights, Windows still work. Please I need to get this fixed ASAP...... the plug that goes under the carpet connects into that large white box correct?

Did you check your fuses? might want to do that.

All fuses checked, I blew several, but replaced all that were blown and still nothing. Everything comes on except the dash lights and the car wont even crank

you said some were cut, were they worn through or just cut? Do fuses blow when you put power to the system?

4 wires were broke, so I had to add some wire to them and reconnect the wires together. No fuses blow when I try to start the car.

you checked all fuses, under hood and in driver's kick panel correct? I would check your connections and check the plug that they go to. just be meticulous about going over all connections to make sure they're solid.

Correct, I checked all fuses, under the hood and kick panel. I checked all plugs and the wires that lead into the plugs, all is good there as well. All wires that I had to reconnect look good, battery tested out good, no fuses are being blown. Everything works like it is suppose to except, no light lights on the gauges and needles, and i get absolutly nothing when I turn the ignition key. Sounds like the fuel pump kicks on but nothing else. My next guess now is maybe a relay??? If so which one would it be and where is it located?

i had a similar problem when i relocated mine, turns out i forgot to connect the clutch pedal safety switch. also when checking fuses dont always rely on a multimeter, pull them out individually and look for a break

All fuses are good, I pulled every individual fuse out and checked them, I also used a test light on the fuse box when I pulled the fuses out and all checks out good. I checked my starter relay and it checks out good as well. I took the battery out and had it tested, all is well there. I pulled my fuse box up so that I could see which wires run to my starter relay, and noticed that one of the starter relay wires is one of the wires that fixed bc it was broken in half, so I used my test light on that wire.
When I run the negitive from the test light to the negative terminal on the battery or to a ground, the car starts to fire, doesnt start completely, but fires. Can anyone shed some light on whats going on and how I can get my car fixed please?

btw the wire that I am talking about is the blue and orange on in the wheel well
