It's not the money you spend boosting that get you in trouble...
...it's the money you have to spend to tune it, get the correct guages...supporting modifcations...and money if & when something goes wrong that gets uber costly.

That is the manifold I have and going to be using. There is a 650 HP supra by sound performance using it on YouTube.

cast manifolds are only good for particular types of setups. If you are not running a quick spool valve like sound performance did, you wont be gaining anything over the SS long runner equal length design that is widely available for the 2jzge, especially on the top end.

Alright. The biggest thing that may potentially hurt your pocket is the fact that boost is addictive. Really it is. I've owned 3 boosted cars in my life. 300ZX TT, an NA-T SC300 and a 1JZ swapped SC300. OK, you say you have a power goal. That's great a lot of people don't think that far. But have you thought about when the car start to become slow, and unresponsive? What about when 400HP just isn't enough anymore? I've been through this and it sucks. Really it does. If you really want to go NA-T for whatever reason you have picked, will the goals quench your thirst?
Manifolds really don't matter. Personally I'm about buying a turbo that has room to grow. I've seen flow test on a lot of these eBay turbos, and they aren't bad at low boost settings. But once the turbo really is lit up, that surge line really likes to jump to the right. I'm not going to get in depth about it, but a new turbo will be on the list. Spend some extra scratch on a decent turbo. My recommendation, a Borg Warner S362. Great turbo, relatively inexpensive, and cheap to rebuild.

Seriously what is with all the ebay links?? GET OFF EBAY!
OP, go here: http://forum.clubna-t.com/forumdisplay.php?f=44
and PM a guy with the user-name: 98mkiv
Tell him what you want, what you have and how much you have to spend and he will set you up with what you need, no BS, no hassle or haggle, he ships fast, and will answer any questions about the kit. And the XS Power kit has been proven time and time again. Stop messing around on ebay.
And while your there, start reading about what and what not to do, basic na-t information, tuning, transmissions and how they act or need to be modified for na-t, etc. etc.
