I've been researching as much as I can and I'm finding the supra and soarer ECU's are similar but not quite identical.
Soarer schematics seem to be scarce but I've been able to find one thats in Japanese only but its not hard to decipher whats what.
I'd like to check that IGF wire from ECU to Ignitor because according to the soarer ECU it does pin in a different spot than the supra one.

Harness diagram, hard to see, but might help. I have one printed out already and looking to see if there is anything that could be looked over:

i know but is it a good contact? i ran into this issue that's why i trying to help you as much as i can.
I had to cut that wire and ran a new wire bam problem fixed for me , the car will run on start on brake clean but it won't get fuel.
the igf wire tells the ecu how the ignition is working if it's not working correctly the ecu cuts the fuel. so you are not getting fuel!

My problem was spark, and the crank sensor was bad, best to do is check the resistance on the cam sensor I think is on cold 880 to 1200 ohm, check for 2jz specs, they are the same sensors, other think is do continuity test, probably you could have a cross wire, I had like a similar problem to I had to redo all wiring soldering ecu to mapecu 2, and then to igniter it was a pita and now car starts right on, start checking one stuff at time good luck.
