I just trying to learn here and there.what do you guys mean by "you can boost up to 19 psi with a TT headgasket".is that for daily driving?is that the max a TT headgasket can take?

yeah that's for a reliable setup as in you could daily it if you wanted. we only recommend reliable setups around here. with just the TT headgasket once you go past 20 psi on pump gas depending on your setup things can get a bit risky, as in you could blow the headgasket or worse. of course there are lots of factors, type of turbo, intercooler, ecu/timing and fuel quality.
If you want to push alot more past that on pump gas then you will need to lower your compression ratio more, or you could install methanol injection, or switch to e85 and run as much boost as the engine can take.
