Default Weepy

After doing a "light weight" search of the forum, I did NOT find anything related to my new issue. (92 sc300) just recently ive developed a small leak from the hole underneath the fuel filler cap. Has anyone experienced this as well? Its a random occurrence. Mayeb once or twice per week under no particular circumstances. Ive noticed it because there will be one or two drip marks going down the side of my quater panel. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks guys.

Not sure if its the vent tube or not, since I haven't looked to see what's on the other side of the hole, but its definitely coming from that small hole, and not the cap. I will replace the cap today just to be certain that's not apart of the issue.

Its an "overflow hole". Most likely the fluid you see are drips when you get gas.

I thought about that, so I payed closer attention, even making sure that I have only a quarter tank or so. It still will randomly leak from that hole. This is new to the car. It never did it previously, and I've made NO new changes?
