We used the original GE rear sump oil pan, and modified it so the factory oil return would fit.

Both motor mounts and the transmission mount are brand new OEM Lexus mounts....and you might want to check the year range in your last post....just sayin.

The supra mounts (on the right) is of far superior construction to the sc300 mount
direct swap
2/3rds the cost @ wholesale pricing. 67.52 supra mount v 105.63 sc300 mount
.... and when you do use lexus mounts you are supposed to reuse the heat shield since it's not built in like the supra mounts.

That's looks like vibrant reinforced silicone hoses, it's made for temps up to 350. Should be good.
