From 10 to 17lbs they are putting 400-530hp to the wheels. I´m going the F/IC route soon.
You first need to take care of the trans than your engine. With more than 300-350rwhp trans may start to fail. To be safe it´s recommended to put a bigger cooler, shift kit and lextreme converter.
