BUMP for me! What's everybody's thoughts on the best DD battery? Here's what I want;

I want something that'll not give up on me for at least 3 years.
Lightweight.
Great for daily driven.
Will not leave me stranded for no reason.
Something that has a great chance of reaching up to 5 years. (I live in SoCal)

I want real results from people who have actually tried them, especially for at least 3 years or more.
Nope, thank you for the Optima reviews(My SC is blue, red top doesn't match the rest of my engine bay, LOL)
And thanks in advance to people who can help!!!

hmmm...may not be best overall or the lightest. But i run costco batteries, 100 month warranty against failure, plus you can take em back whenever! lol

For real though, if Braille/Deka/any other lightweight battery brands don't get good reviews over here I'm going with Kirkland. I've heard really great things about them besides their awesome warranty.

A regular battery is less inclined to leave you stuck, but if you worry about it that much carry some damn jumper cables. having a lw battery makes no damn difference in the grand scheme of things... you wanna save weight in your car... eat a salad.

^^^But I know that already, I just wanna hear from people who have actually tried using them for more than 3 years. I'm researching, because I wanna try something that's new to me, if you don't mind.
