Default 1uz changing timing belt, water pump etc questions

So my SC400 blew up about 5 months ago and I am just now getting ready to put another motor in and before I do I want to overhaul it before the new one goes in... So what all should I do besides timing belt, water pump, reseal and tune up?
new motor has 111k on it

at 111k the motor SHOULD run pretty good...but If I were you and doing an overhaul, i'd just do a full rebuild while the motor is out

How on earth you blew up a n/a 1uzfe is beyond me unless it ran out of oil any how I would just buy a jdm 1uzfe and drop it in and if you are hell bent on rebuilding something just get a jdm motor set and install new head gasket + valve stem seals and re seal the engine which should be good for another at least 200k

thats exactly what happen actually. i knew theres was a leak on the oil pan that i was neglecting to fix and continued to to go on a road trip.... well long story short it blew up on my trip. and i already bought a replacement with good compression, for get the numbers but they were within 3 all across both sides.

i am planning on ordering (from lextreme):

timing belt
water pump
valve cover gaskets
rear main seal
cam seals
crank seal
thermostat
valve stem seals

also anyone know if lextreme includes the gasket for the water pump? or if you know a cheaper place to get all these parts that would be nice
