Damn sorry you are going thru this first you have to make sure you are getting power at the ecu.
check the A connector a make sure pin 1/31/33/24 are working properly
Check out this Schematic it may help you , there is something really stupid going lol i had the same issue last week on my car.

Injector, or plugs problem?
Ok so Car now has spark, cranks hard and acts like it wants to start(started once but after turning it off nothing) The service advisor at lexus wants some ungodly amount for pulling the intake manifold to look at hte plugs. My question...Did I just foul the plugs by trying to get it to start by cranking for nearly 2 months, or is it an injector issue? Would flooring the car and cranking it make it start

Well the only reason I believe it could be an injector issue, is because prior to the car being dead it failed emissions from high hydrocarbons...Could that have been from injectors dumping too much fuel? Now that the ecu is up and running im thinking it sitting with cylinders full of gas from 2+ months of cranking with no spark just killed the plugs and the spark is too weak to burn it off, or they didnt run it long enough to burn out the fuel in the cylinders. I find it hard to believe that I drove the car two weeks with it starting, idling, and accelerating etc fine, but suddenly after sitting the injectors just failed?

300. HAs spark, but doesnt quite start. It ran, then the battery eas taken out to be charged. apparently the plugs are wet, but Im thinking it is just from being cranked a lot for 2 months with no spark? Ideas or do you think injectors

I knew it had to related to the Efi relay , my car did the same thing and the only reason i figure it out was because i was on standalone ( the aem will not connect to the car ).
I just jump the pin 24 and 31 and bam !!!!problem fix.

Ok little update. Despite what the stealership said, the car did infact start, although it did run pretty poorly, nothing like the car it was before it died. Pulled the plugs and all 6 are fouled and the tips look like they were colored with charcoal. Def a fuel fouling...cranked it a few times with the plugs out and there is a gas smell. Going to let it air/dry out overnight in the garage and throw fresh plugs in tomorrow. Hope this does it
