O.L.T. - I think this is what they did as well. I don't see an actual seal, just a red "paste" around the edges. A few days ago I noticed the spots, then a few drops of pink'ish water, now I see it all over the place. I'm going to stop by their shop and throw some hell. I spent well over $1,000 on this waterpump/90k service with the timing belt. I'll be damned if I spend that kind of money again because a shop couldn't properly install a waterpump.

Avoiding any possibility of a coolant war over opinion I will simply state a fact. Toyota (and BMW) state THEIR coolant is worth 3 times as much money because it better fights corrosion internally. Other than that, boil point is boil point.... makes no difference.
My black SC that I have put 250k on in 9 years has always ran Advanced Auto Parts green coolant. I went into it to do water pump, timing belt, pulleys 2 weeks ago and this is what it looked like inside. (see below)
Better than a decade of green coolant, 250,000 miles, and 2 decades of use total and it is mirror glass shine inside.
Red coolant my ***..............

yep my car got green coolant too and 240k and clean. Green is fine no problem with it. When i work on Toyotas for my customers to keep them happy i usually use GM dexcool the color is almost the same, just alot esier to get vs waiting 2hrs+ for a dealer to deliver 2 gal of coolant. BMW coolant is Blue so is new Honda.
