SO there is going to be a supercharger for $5500 around and there is suppose to be a turbo for around that price as well? Which one would be better?

Everytime I make up my mind to get rid of the car....sumthing like this pops up!! i think Turbo would be better because its always upgradable. It all depends on what you're trying to build. A super charger would work for me...Not trying to beat everything on the road....Not with this car

EDIT: The day i see Alteeza lights on an SC im outta here!!

im sure the Turbo will be a bit more if its a TT setup. (I cant really see how a single would work for this car)

I am driving around with a supercharger in my cobra. Its the latest Procharger ATI head unit. F1, is the biggist blower that will fit into my 98 Cobra. This blower will support up to 32 psi.

As an owner of two superchargers, F1 is my second. The first was ATI P600B. Supercharger power is linear. You would not reach peak power until redline. If you set the max HP before redline, you might blow the motor. Secondly, it loud. Even my F1 is self contained (SC). It is loud.

As for Lexus i think turbo is better suite for such a nice car. I would hold off my money until some dynos are done. When my twin turbo is done, it will be similar price as the supercharger kit.

I'm just curious how much would it cost to get the front clip of the Soarer TT? shipped here? People say the Soarer would be like $2000-$3000 USD. So just the front clip should be like $1800??
Is it possible to do that and swap the engine and tranny... Ecu ... what else would need to be done? Also would this end up less than the supercharger/turbo option or more?

I talked to John at A51, he told me that it's a simple setup using a Vortech supercharger. Blower on the left by the battery (no relocation!) charge tube goes down into the FMIC car and back around.

Maybe you could get some extreme cams and open exhaust, and sound like a dragster The whirr of the blower, the racket of the rough idle, maybe a shaker on the hood.. a Chevy logo..

like I said. I am customer #1. I'm taking a trip out to cali for the install as soon as they call me. Already took a tentative vacation in Dec/Jan. Also have 3 volunteers to go with me so we don't have to stop till we get there. Also ordered a 75 shot nitrous kit. I'll see you at the end of 1320.

Hey stranger!! When is that car hitting the streets? If it looks too nice I may want it back!

Well, I'll go with the company that comes out first and has the numbers to back it up. TT or SC will work for me. Another make over is due for LeXXXy

Hmmmm...I'm interested in seeing a dyno...I want to know exactly what kind of power (to the ground) I'd be getting with kit...hehehe...sound like I might have to S/C my SC before the GSs... unless they have a 3UZ-FE setup for the same deal? Can I can a package deal with one 1UZ-FE S/C and one 3UZ-FE setup?

Turbo's and Super chargers both sound great. the interiors are really sound proof.

I really dont see a problem with 'noise'.If it were a problem no one would have aftermarket exhaust right?

5G's huh??
