Motor mount came with the swap , it's the old 92 SC300 mount on the trans when you got. it's not the same mount that was on you auto trans..

Yeah you can put it on the lift.

yeah the 5spd sc300 sits the transmission up about 3/8" higher than the automatic trans one.

in other words, if you reused your automatic trans mount, your transmission is sitting down about 3/8th" too low.

By motor mount do you mean transmission mount or engine mount? I don't see why the engine mounts would have been changed with a transmission swap.

Omar, you know anybody in this area that has access to a lift to help us diagnose this?

You should check your transmission's dust cap, found on the tail end of the transmission. The black cylindrical metal looking thing that covers the yoke.

Sometime the yoke hits the dustcap... I have to trim mine in half, the shape of it is irregular and I should have straightened it first before I install the driveshaft assembly. Trimming is not necessary though, it's just me.

Alright, cool... lemme know.

Also, if you can get a hookup on a transmission mount, let me know.

A few years ago i had the clutch replaced on my 94 sc300. When i test drove it there was a vibration like you seem to have. I took it back to the transmission shop and he had to realign everything. According to what i understand is that everything in the drive train needs to be in a straight line. If even slightly off center the drive shaft will wobble in the universal joints and cause a vibration . Once he lined everything up the vibration went away. Owner of transmission shop said he had not seen a car that was so particular about having a straight drive train . He said he had to make several adjustments before he got the vibration to go away.
