Aristo swap problem revving up

You can double check your vac line to the map sensor. My car ran like crap when i didnt run the map sensor vac correctly. I also had a similar problem when i first finished my swap, but the problem was that i had a boost cut controller and did not give the 12v to the controller. Im not sure if you have the bcc, but its just something i ran into.

This is how i have it. Try reseting the ecu and see if youll have any codes after a while. Im sure you got those codes from unplugging them.

Hmm, i dont think i have any vacuum switching valve connected to the fuel pressure regulator, i have a vacuum line from the regulator to the sensor streight. This looks like a usdm version. Its all different

Yeah your JDM stuff won't have that VSV. At least mine didn't.
Soarer|3oy, that's a good idea to verify vacuum source at the map.
OP, you should have a T in the line that connects the FPR to the MAP to the "gas filter" screwed into the intake manifold. If you just have a single line with no T going from the FRP to the MAP, then that is your problem for sure. No vacuum signal!

I do have a "t" in the line the connects to the fpr to the map to the gas filter thats screwed into the manifold. Could you guys post a pic of yours just so i can verify again

It's freezing here, but I did walk out earlier and verify that is how mine is plumbed. To verify you have actual signal, can you pull the vacuum line while the car is running and check it with your finger for vacuum? I don't know if the car will die when the MAP looses vacuum signal, but you should do whatever you have to do to verify there is no blockage in that vacuum line.
