Aristo swap problem revving up
HI guys, i started my JDM aristo for the first time a few weeks ago and it ran perfect at idle, but when i try to give it gas it wont rev past 1500-2000 rpm, seems like its in a limp mode. i checked for codes and got codes 31,41. Dr. Tweak did my harness. not sure what to do at this point. please help.

adjusting the tps did have an effect on the safc readout, went up to 100% reading and the lowest of about 12.8. no matter which way you adjust it, it would not go below 12.8
I removed the safc last night which was wired into my MVP patch harness. So right now the patch ahrness iss off the car and everything that was wired into the patch (safc, greddy speed cut).
I thought it might be the map sensor, so I unplugged it and started the car with it being unplugged. The engine barely ran at all, so I really doubt it's that.

Oh good, you have a patch harness. That makes it easier to troubleshoot the TPS.
Use your patch harness and try running through this testing: http://mkiv.supras.org.nz/articles/engine_2_41.htm
