I just recently did a radiator flush to my sc300.
(car was running fine, no overheating, just dirty water in radiator)
I flushed the system, drained all the water and added a gallon of 50/50 universal antifreeze do to the winter conditions.
I let it idle for a little bit then took the car out for a drive.
About 5mins into the drive my temp raised and my car over heated.
I parked the car in a nearby lot, popped the hood and noticed steam spewing out of a long hairline crack ontop my radiator.
Used some jb weld to temp. fixed the crack, let it sit over night for 24hours then came back, put water in the radiator and noticed a heavy foaming in the water.
I turned the car on and the water started bubbling and foaming. Filled the radiator up with water then took it out.
Again, 5mins into the drive it overheating and the jb weld did not hold.
Does anyone have a solution to my problem or know what is going on?
(A new radiator is obvious lol)

How long did the car run when it was overheating (in the hot section on the gauge?)

Also, any cream like evidence on the engine oil cap? Check the engine oil dipstick also to see any traces of coolant in the engine oil.

Does the car emit any type of unusual smoke?

First obvious step like you mentioned would be to replace the radiator and start it up and run it again, if all the above checks out to be ok first.

Also would be helpful to put the year of your sc300 and mileage on it, so other experts can help chime in on it too.

I am not surprised the JB Weld did not hold. It should have, at most, been a limp home solution. Replace the radiator.

You may have a stuck thermostat. Did you remove and clean it after you did the flush? If not, it may have junk in it you stirred up during the flush. Replace the thermostat.
