Piggyback guys: How clean is your closed loop?
I know that piggybacks are decent for modding open loop tables, but how are you piggyback people's closed loop ranges?
How is warm idle, part throttle, transition into boost etc?
Do your tunes stay consistent? Are you doing anything to maintain a tune, such as disabling O2 feedback?
TIA

My car has a Emanage Ultimate. Its ok. Colds starts/restarts are a little funky but not to bad. Driving is dead on for the most part. WOT is dead on. Some times it tends to richen up out of no where. But its pretty decent for the most part. If you get a good tune you will be happy with it.

Thank you sir! That is exactly the kind of feedback I was looking for. So do you suspect that the tune is being modified via trims within the ecu? Do you still run O2 feedback?
Thanks

I'm using the MAP-ECU and I've spent 50x more time on closed loop tuning than open loop. My car runs pretty much like stock. Daily drive ability is important to me, but it does require a good amount of commitment.

I've got an Emanage Ultimate and haven't messed with it too much or pushed it at all. I will have it tuned be either Phantasm in Raliegh or most likely National Speed in Wilmington. Let you know how it goes when I get back.

iv had a mapecu2 and plan getting the mapecu3 for my current ride. to me its a cheaper alternative to aem without the huge name.
right now i have the first safc and i HATE IT. i plan to destroy it with some sort of very blunt object once i remove it from my car. for some reason sometimes it just stops working and my afr's will spike or itll be messing with sometime it shouldnt be and stall out my car. as i posted today on my facebook after my car for some odd reason was idling at 500rpm at 17-20afr which was causing the car to stall over and over...
"god i hate the safc. it stalled out my car today at a stop light, checked my afrs and they were WAY to high and idle speed way to low. i ****ing hate this piece of ****. 10% if the time my car runs top, 80% its not running as lean as it needs to be.. and 10% if of the time it fks up.."
