If your making 4 dolars an hour, save up to get out of "nc"... i dk about minimum wages in most states but its like 7 something here in minnesota.. $4 sounds crazy...

Anyways, you wont be able to go turbo with that budget unless u do your own welding or get some really good deals on parts.. if you want to start inching towards turbo set up, go 3in full exhaust, and possibly get and engine management and save up for turbo and friends

If you can build it and tune it, you're right you can do it all yourself and save a ****-ton of money.

But, lets assume he's not doing all of his own work.

2 grand isn't even going to scratch the surface, especially if he's trying to get out an average of 400whp.

Then again, I can spend 2K on alot better things for a SC.
