Hey, the car is a 92 sc300 5 spd. I rebuilt the engine with supra tt pistons, tt headgasket, new bearings, arp headstuds. I installed 550cc rx7 injectors, i measured the resistance and they were all within spec. I also installed a map ecu2 which im pretty sure works becuase it connects to my laptop and reads a/f ratio and vacuum when im cranking it. The spark plugs are getting spark becuase i put a spark plug on a wire and saw it spark when i was cranking the engine over to see if it was getting spark. Its getting fuel becuase i can smell it after i try to start it, and i had to drain the old gas out of the gas tank by turning on the walbro fuel pump and opening the line before the adjustible fuel pressure regulator. How do you check codes with the check engine light? And how do you properly adjust the distributor? Do you have to jump terminals T1 TE1 in the diagnosis box? Im not sure on how to do it properly. The engine timing is right where it should be. I really need help getting this engine to start.
