Default Dyno results from my 93 NA-T

After a lot of headaches with the car I finally was able to take it to the dyno with the new setup. First was just going to add springs and cams to it, then the headgasket started to leak, fixed that only to have the 71GTS I had at the time blow the seals out.

Here is the baseline I did last May, exactly the way I bought it from PMChris, just with an R154 instead of the built auto it came with.

BL63 NA-T kit
AEM
525cc's
Full 3" exhaust

366whp @ 12psi

New Setup

Fully ported head/ BC springs
Brian Crower 272 Intake/Web 268 Exhaust Cams
Borg Warner S475
Tial 44mm WG/ 1 bar spring
FFIM
FIC 900cc's
Full 4" exhaust
V161 swap

437.58whp @ 10psi --> for some reason it would only build 10psi, checked all of the couplers and they are all tight so not sure whats going on.

You can go WAY higher than that bro. I would look at your WG and its lines.

First curve looked awesome, then the cams came in and shook everything up!

Little more tweaking is all. Nice torque curve too, Looks good!

Nice numbers on 10psi. Sounds great too, but you may want to look into that surge.

Pressure test the system see if there is any leaks man. Hook up a rubber coupler to the turbos compressor inlet then install a peice of pipe with a shrader valve attatchment so that you can use like a air chuck on it. Pressureize the intake tract then spray with soapy water and look/listen for leaks.

Thanks guys, the only reason boost was this low (other than the unknown prob) was that i currently do not have boost control hooked up through the AEM. Currently just running straight off the wastegate.

It doesnt act like a boot leak though, when we downloaded the logs, the boost line wasnt showing any fluctuation, held perfectly constant at 10psi like that was the spring it had in it

I've got lower compression than your car, the higher compression makes quite a difference

Well if your running straight off the wastegate then of course its only going to make wutever the spring is rated for hahaha.... Makes more sense now.
Most turbos wastegates at least intergrated only handle 5-7 psi. Idk about external wastegates I mean they are adjustable so...

well hes got a 1 bar wg spring in there so he should be running minimum of ~14psi and hes only getting 10 and i dont hear anywhere in the vid that the wg opens but that could just be too much noise, you can hear it in the first vid

Do you have any engine shots? Sounds like a real nice setup.
