Default Questions for changing the spark plugs...

I've used the search feature for looking up on the general procedure to change the spark plugs, but I am still not satisfied on my question.

I've been using this diagram since I know that I have the 2JZ engine.

But I am stuck on the part where after you remove the 2 bolts and the 2 nuts on the throttle body, I can slide it out a little bit but It is still hard to remove. Yes, I've removed the water bypass hose, vacuum hose, IAC valve connector, and the other hoses and connectors according to the diagram.
Are there any shortcuts to open the rest of the covers in order for me to replace the spark plugs?
Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Really sorry for asking this nooby question but this is my first time doing hands on stuff on my car, and my parents wont pay for the tune up. I need a better job. Hopefully after high school *sigh*
