They have been replaced.

I was told it may be the coilpacks or tps but unsure.

The only code i'm getting is 21 (o2 sensor)

Yeah it makes a huge difference. It is wired backwards compared to the GTE part and will not work on your car

Ask 97-SC300 what an incorrect, bass-ackwards TPS will do.

Oh, and once you put the correct TPS on it, you HAVE to calibrate it.

Thanks for the reply.

That's the part # to the original one that was on the car.

I will put it back on and calibrate it to see if the problem corrects.

Update:

Put tps on and calibrated it. Car is only throwing code 21 (o2 sensor)

It still will only rev to 2k rpm.

Halfway to 2k rpm the car seems to hesitate

Your car isn't going to throw more codes until you run a brief amount of miles a few times. It has to log it twice I believe.

When i put the ge tps it throws code 41, it goes away with the 1jz tps.

I tried to drive but it won't rev past 2k rpm.

Why not plug in an O2 sensor? The car should run without it, but it will run much better with it connected. When it gets to 2k does it start missing, backfiring, stuttering, or just lose power and hold at 2k? Have you opened up your ecu and checked for leaky caps?

Hatch has a valid question. Is it popping/studdering?

You can always raise all four on jack stands and load the suspension with two jack stands and drive in place. Just be very easy on the throttle as there is no load on the tires.

There is no plug for the o2 it needs to be wired in the car. Car shuts down at 2k where it goes back to idle but at 1k it breaks up for a split sec. Til it hits 2k.

You're wasting money not using a volt meter to check these things before hand. Seriously, find one or buy one on his car you'll always need it.

Also we need details. OEM ECU, Piggyback, Soldered or crimped Wires, etc.
