Ok so I pulled the maf plug off and started it and it would barely stay on at this point(with it plugged in it will idle just idles rough).

I also disconnected both of the o2 sensors on the manifold and it seems to run better. It was driveable. I have no found a way to test the o2(mine is a single plug). Any ideas?

Who replaced the maf sensor and ait sensor? Do you know that the ait sensor is part of the maf sensor?

02 sensors rarely fail. Have you checked your fuel pressure? You said the car was lean. Car is going to use the o2, ect, maf, and tps to decide how much fuel the car needs. Check the pressure, fuel pressure regulator maybe a clogged fuel filter

I put two used (but good o2 sensors ) in it and cleaned the plugs off and now it runs fine for now. Ive put about a hundred miles on it and its been good so far. I cant believe that it was a stupid o2 that made it run so bad. The plugs were really dirty(just put new ones in about a month ago) so I cleaned them and they seem to be good.

Thanx a lot for all of your help guys.

I let them soak in brake cleaner and used a wire brush to clean them off. I have done that plenty of times and had no issues after doing so. like I said the plugs were only a month old, I didnt see the point in purchasing new ones.
