Man i dont want to whip out my computerized engine controls book and flip through 800 pages to fix this...

I would check to see if the car is in fuel control first. Looks like your cats are not storing the oxygen like it should be. Its leaking some oxygen. Get the cat tested if it really needs one. This is not something you can do yourself. You need a certified mechanic to do these tests.

Thanks or the quick response GS4. Im located in northern cal, where would be a place to get my cat tested? A muffler shop? And how much should the test cost so I don't get taken...

You would need to take it to a smog station that does repair.
