Default Upper Radiator Pipe help

There is a place for a hose on the bottom of the upper radiator pipe on the driver side of the engine. Where does that hose go to?

Also the hard vacuum line that runs behind the timing belt that goes from one side of the engine to the other do I cap that off now that I have a FFIM and running a map sensor instead of a maf? I believe that hose ran to intake.
