Default periodic issue: cel (o2 bank1+2) and brake light (under hard braking)

ever since putting my intake manifold back on I've had this issue where the i receive a cel (o2 bank one and bank two running lean) as well as the brake lights appear under hard braking.

the other half of the time, the brake lights dont appear under hard braking and i have no cel for o2 bank one and bank two running lean.

third interesting/strange fact is the cel goes away WHILE driving, not at start up or after several start up cycles.

my thought is that i have a misrouted vacuum line or untorqued bolt ( i tightened the two bolts holding the egr to the block and it became less frequent...maybe i need a new gasket?)

what are your opinions guys?

also its a 97 sc300; prior to removing intake manifold I had no o2 cel lights or braking light issues ( so i highly doubt o2 sensors are actually bad)

spray some brake clean on the Intake manifold while its running, maybe a line popped off.

I would get it smoke tested to pinpoint the vacuum leak

was first step! none of vacuum leaks are big enough to surface from just carb cleaner.

AHHH! fantastic idea. ill check around locally and see if anyone has an actual smoke tester. if not ill see what i can come up with at home to replicate one.
